Roof Restoration
Our friendly crew of roofers and roof painters have years of experience performing roof restorations across Brisbane and beyond. The service starts with a free quote and inspection of your roof and gutters. We will make a detailed report of any roof leaks or roof repairs that are needed. Our roof painters will take photos of any issues and send them to you so you've got a record of exactly what is being done, giving you peace of mind.

Our process is as follows:

Inspection & Repair
The roof is inspected for damaged tiles, broken ridge cap bedding or pointing, lichen and moss. Damaged tiles and rusted valley sheets are replaced where required.

High Pressure Cleaning
We then high pressure wash the roof with water directed down the roof, we do this in using lay-flat hosing as required.
​
Re-bedding & Re-pointing
Next, the ridge capping is re-bedded, where required. Ridge capping is then re-pointed with a flexible acrylic pointing mix.

Anti-mould & Sterilisation
Fungi and algae will be treated before re-coating via roof painting. AcraTex® PrepTreat is applied after cleaning to sterilise the surface.
​
Primer/Sealer
The entire roof area is sealed to ensure strong adhesion with the next step - Roofing membrane. We use a range of specialty primers that are the best quality on the market today.
​
2 x coats of roof membrane
Lastly, we apply two coats of roofing membrane thoroughly covering the surface. Our roof membrane provides ultimate protection, durability and weather proofing.
